Imagine having the opportunity to participate in an incredible teambuilding experience where you have to build a city from an ancient settlement to a modern-day city. This is exactly what you can do in Mechelen from now on. This innovative teambuilding program aims to teach participants how important it is to work together as a team, how to communicate effectively, and how to achieve a goal through teamwork.
The program starts with a briefing and an introduction about the teambuilding and the challenges that the participants will face. They are then divided into 5 families, each with their own specialization and craft:builders, chefs, artists, storytellers, and farmers. The common goal? To To make the city grow and develop it.
